Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
A&R Peru Travel is a Peruvian travel agency specializing in inbound tourism. By booking any tour, package, or service with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms described for each tour.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made online, by email, or by phone.
A reservation is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount, as specified in the tour description.
Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment channels.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings are guaranteed at the agreed price.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
More than 30 days before the tour: 80% refund of the amount paid.
Between 15–30 days: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund.
Some tours may have special cancellation policies; these will be specified at the time of booking.
4. Changes and Modifications
Clients may request changes to their itinerary, tour dates, or services, subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply for changes, including transportation, accommodations, or service fees.
A&R Peru Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, natural events, strikes, or other force majeure events.
5. Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and any required documentation for travel.
A&R Peru Travel is not responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.
6. Health and Safety
Clients must ensure they meet any medical or physical requirements for the tours booked.
Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance, including medical coverage, accidents, and emergency evacuation.
A&R Peru Travel is not liable for injuries, illness, or losses incurred during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide high-quality services, A&R Peru Travel cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the trip.
8. Photography and Media
By participating in our tours, clients consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes by A&R Peru Travel, unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately to the guide or service provider during the tour.
Written complaints must be submitted within 15 days of completing the tour. A&R Peru Travel will address all claims in a timely manner.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute arising from bookings or services provided by A&R Peru Travel will be subject to the jurisdiction of Peruvian courts.
